Planner
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations Experience: • 5+ years of experience in the following areas: Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain; Customer Services; Production; Quality; Engineering; Information Technology; Logistics or Planning. • Experience in Aerospace & Defense or related industry desired Knowledge • Knowledge of an industrial entity processes and operations. Technical awareness of manufacturing processes and indicators. • Demonstrated ability with quality and continuous improvement tools (Process FMEA, Risk analysis, Root Cause Analysis, 5W, 5S, DMAIC, VSM, etc.) • Knowledge of supply chain principles & tools; ERP principles. • Project Management skills. Practical experience with the management of complex projects. Familiarity with the organization practices of a progress plan Computer Skills: • Strong proficiency in the use of common software packages including MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint and Visio. • Capable of managing large amounts of data and tasks. • Competency in performing data analysis through data business analytics services (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Other Skills: • Problem solving skills - ability to analyze a problem and determine if driven by design, supplier or other factors in a timely fashion • Capacity to operate in a pluri-disciplinary, inter-cultural and international environment • Qualities in interpersonal relationship and in kindly challenging the organizations • Must have excellent technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision • Capacity to do benchmarking Additional Preferred Skills: • Lean Sigma Green belt certification.
