Profile Requirements · Minimum of 5 years of Procurement experience in a multinational company, preferably medical devices. · Relevant experience with international exposure in sourcing, leading projects, identifying cost savings initiatives and managing relevant spend. · Knowledge in packaging terminology – i.e. cardboard and flutes, folding cartons, IFU’s paper and finishings, etc. · Prior experience in managing RFQ/RFP processes in cross functional settings, both for direct and indirect categories. · Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. · Strong communication skills. · Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI is a plus. · University Degree in Engineering, Business or related field. · Experience in working with an ERP system, such as Infor, SAP, Oracle. Agile knowledge desirable.
