Join Hussmann, a global leader in commercial refrigeration systems for top international brands. We are looking for a Production Supervisor to ensure that production operations are carried out efficiently and safely, meeting quality standards as well as production goals.

🎯 What will you do?

✔️Supervise staff and coordinate to achieve the plan, quality, and machinery usage goals within your group

✔️Verify compliance with special processes such as 6S, ISO 9000, ISO 4000

✔️Control and process non-conforming material in your area

✔️Communicate with supervisors from other departments regarding your group

✔️Generate production-related documentation for your group: A3, improvements, HR, etc.

✔️Communication with your manager about relevant events in your team

✔️Ensure compliance with production plans and objectives while adhering to Safety, Values, Quality, Environmental, Service, and Cost standards.

✔️Ensure each employee's involvement and timely attention to their needs, identify behaviors, achievements, and provide recognition and corresponding feedback.

✔️Train and develop personnel in new technologies, processes, and production procedures.

✔️Coordinate production activities in the sheet metal area to ensure that products are manufactured according to established plans and schedules. (desirable)

✔️Ensure that manufactured products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.
