Your Impact

In this position, you will lead the Brokerage Sales Department with full accountability for prospect retention, loan conversion rates, and funded loan volume. Your role is centered on designing and executing sales strategies, supervising team performance, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring that conversion targets and service standards are consistently met. Your leadership will directly impact revenue generation, operational efficiency, and the overall growth and profitability of the company.


What will you do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed established objectives.
  • Set individual and team performance goals.
  • Analyze prospect retention, internal processes, and conversion timelines to optimize results.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement, ensuring accurate and effective follow-up procedures for prospective and potential leads.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflows, processes, and communication.
  • Continuously monitor conversion and customer retention rates.
  • Oversee customer service, ensuring fast, transparent loan processing in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Take direct responsibility for the sales team’s performance and results.

Experiencia y requisitos

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, brokerage management, or team supervision within lending, mortgage, auto finance, title lending, or financial services environments.
  • Advanced English communication (both written and spoken).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong background in prospect retention, sales conversion, and closing strategies.
  • Ability to set, manage, and enforce individual and team performance goals.
