Position Summary
The GTM (Global Trade Management) Configuration Analyst manages controlled documentation and GTM Change Orders for GTM item setup, inventory distribution controls, and variant management. The role validates cross‑reference structures, completes required documentation to meet procedural and regulatory standards, and collaborates with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Regulatory, and Data Management teams.
The GTM Configuration analyst ensures item configurations remain compliant through product changes and certificate updates, safeguarding data integrity and supporting consistent change control processes across projects
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and Maintain Distribution agreement and associated Quality System Record (QSR) Documentation
- Prepare, coordinate, process, monitor and implement ECOs and MCOs associated to QSR Inventory Distribution Control Plan,
- Generate item where-sold and GTM countries approved for sale reports.
- Prepare, coordinate, process, monitor and implement GTM Cross-Reference setup template and/or GTM Lot/Serial(s) Flag Request Form
- Perform product cross-reference validation and associated ERP and PLM searches.
- Complete and submit Global Trade Management (GTM) documentation to support accurate item setup and lot control requirements
- Assess inventory on hand and product distribution based on GTM requirements.
- Collaborates with other functional groups such as supply chain, inventory management, project management operation, operations quality and Regulatory teams globally.
- Manage end-of-project documentation updates
- Create Agile GTM change orders requests for Item/Country updates as requested from Global Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Regulatory and Commercial.
- Create Agile GTM change orders requests for large project requests and process using Agile bulk tools.
Experiencia y requisitos
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in completing structured forms and templates such as quality system record documentation
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bilingual, Intermedium conversational and written English is required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a document control role or equivalent
- Experience in inventory management and/or quality assurance is desirable.
- Experience with an ERP system is preferred
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries
