- Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for the delivery of the orders.
- Coordinate the delivery of the orders with carriers and warehouse.
- Create the documentation and carton labels required for shipping.
- Follow up with carrier regarding shipment status.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, to ensure logistics systems align with business goals.
- Qualifications
Experiencia y requisitos
Required:
- Must be able to collaborate closely with teams in MX and USA
- Bilingual
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import and Export, Business
- Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, import and export, or a related function preferred.
- Advanced Excel
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- EDI, or Import and Export.
- Hands-on experience with major WMS and TMS platforms
- Experience with EDI interfaces and shipping requirements for major national retail chains
