Position Objective:
Oversee and optimize production operations, ensuring safety, quality,delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily production operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Optimize resource utilization and production efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
- Develop and mentor production teams
Experiencia y requisitos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Production Manager
- Strong background in metal-mechanic manufacturing environments
- Experience with CNC machining centers, lathes, and drilling processes
- English proficiency: 80–90% (advanced level preferred)
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (certification preferred)
- Six Sigma Black Belt is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of machining processes and production systems
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
