Buyer

• Coordinate communication between supplier and other departments of the company, such as (but not limited to) Engineering and Quality with suppliers.

• Analyze demands and places required PO’s based on MRP signal.

• Follow up on purchase order confirmation with suppliers.

• Follow up on shipment confirmations, import, receiving and inspection process.

• Responsible until material is released on conformance stores.

• Have good communication skills with suppliers

• Execute their workload using purchasing good practices

• Following up on time delivery from suppliers.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, based on demand signal.

• Attend meeting and phone calls in a timely manner.

• Provides an efficient and fast response over emails requests.

• Performs purchasing guidelines to achieve the company goals.

• Understand and reach KPI´s metrics to achieve company goals.
