CI Engineer

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our expanding metal mechanic /manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and implement Lean tools.
• Analyze manufacturing processes using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure improvement results.
• Coach and mentor teams in Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable improvements.
