Samara Living Assembling Homes for exportation to the USA. Once the house is finished, it gets transported on a flatbed to the California client's location.


Key Responsibilities:       


  1.  Will implement projects for  MRO areas,
  2. Registering suppliers,
  3. Sourcing projects,
  4. contracts creation 
  5. Inventory Systems
  6. and control.


Responsible for supervising materials, spare parts, tools, and services related to the maintenance, repair, and operation of equipment and facilities.

                                                             

  • Procurement of MRO Items:
  • Identify, source, and purchase MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials and supplies, including spare parts, equipment, and services required to maintain operations.
  • Ensure a steady supply of MRO inventory to prevent production downtime and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors of MRO products and services.
  • Evaluate and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with contract terms.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Track and manage MRO inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet production and maintenance demands while minimizing overstock.
  • Implement inventory management systems to monitor usage, order points, and reorder levels for MRO items.
  • Cost Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize MRO costs without compromising quality.
  • Data and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of MRO purchases, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Experiencia y requisitos

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MRO-specific products and services.
  • Experience: 3 + years, prior experience in procurement, supply chain management, or maintenance operations is advantageous.
  • English Advanced, daily conversations with corporate and Suppliers, attending meeting an reports, presentations. 
  • Educational Background: Typically, a degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and  familiarity with Purchasing ERP or MRP systems 

Key Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and control.
  • Analytical skills to assess purchasing data and supplier performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
