Requirements: Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) , Ability to travel regularly between Mexicali and Anaheim. VISA, PASSPORT Proven experience in standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, cost of goods sold (COGS), budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis. Understanding of manufacturing processes, bills of materials, routings, work centers, production orders, overhead allocation, labor rates, and machine rates. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, maquiladoras cost accounting, inventory accounting, or plant finance, including direct experience with general accounting and month-end closing processes. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a solid foundation in accounting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or a comparable manufacturing ERP.
