- Provides strategic leadership to ensure the effective implementation and sustainment of the Envista Business System across the plant, fostering a strong problem‑solving culture and standard work discipline that drives continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Productivity, Inventory, and Delivery performance, ultimately exceeding business targets and generating a positive, measurable impact on overall customer satisfaction.
- Leads the organization, coordination, and logistical preparation of all Kaizen Events within the plant, ensuring the readiness of required materials.
- In coordination with supervisory personnel, maintains accurate and up‑to‑date plant +QDIPs, including the master +QDIP and prepares and distributes all reports related to the Envista Business System as required.
- Manages the Envista Business System training matrix and ensures executive personnel are properly trained on the system.
- Maintains ongoing communication with Production Supervisors, providing continuous follow‑up and improvement ideas aimed at strengthening the parameters that support the plant’s +QDIP performance.
- Lead the development and actively champion the EBS Roadmap (i.e., how to use the EBS tools to drive sustainable improvement in results).
- Promote and facilitate employee development in various EBS tools and kaizen leadership
- Partner with EBSO to continue the evolution of our EBS culture and tools
- Collaborate with other EBSLs in order to benchmark and incorporate best practices across opco’s
Experiencia y requisitos
- Technical Masters’ Degree or MBA preferred
- Lean Tool experience – cellular manufacturing, 5S,
- Std. Work, Kanban, VSM, TPI, PSP
- Strong process mindset and experience with standard work, EBS Certifications preferred
- Capable of working with and influencing all levels of the organization
- Effective coaching, mentoring skills and group

- Advanced English proficiency (95%).
