Responsible for the assurance that all employees are trained according to their training matrix.
Responsible for carrying out and executing the annual training program.
Comply with the training requirements of Labor Law (STPS).
Coordinate and provide the HR Training to New Hires.
Prepare and coordinate training plan for Exempt and Non Exempt with Below Performance Results.
Administration of trainers (First Shift)
Active participation in events throughout the year.
Responsible that their decisions and actions contribute satisfactorily with our Quality Policy. Decisions and actions should promote a culture of continuous improvement in the organization, should focus on exceeding customer expectations, in addition to providing products and services of excellent quality
Responsible for daily compliance with all established criteria and adopt a culture of order and cleanliness according to the Technique of the 20 Keys.

Experiencia y requisitos

2 to 3 Years of experience in similar position.
Bachelor of Business Administration, bachelor’s in psychology or Industrial Engineer.
English as second language.
Domain of computer packages and Internet
Working Knowledge in HR, Training and related.
Decision making skills.
Sense of urgency.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience using the TRESS system
Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) development and implementation (DNC)
