Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • Responsible for establishing the first contact with the customer.
  • Provides committed delivery dates for the requested product.
  • Provides quotations and official pricing to customers according to contracts and/or negotiated prices.
  • Receives customer orders.
  • Provides updates and reschedules delivery dates.
  • Collects customer satisfaction information and conducts service surveys.
  • Provides and follows up on committed delivery dates.
  • Performs forecast analysis for account managers.
  • Manages internal company processes related to shipments.
  • Maintains and builds good relationships with internal and external customers..

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proactive and dynamic.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Knowledge of MRP/Oracle systems.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • 90% English.
