Customs coordinator

· Coordinate and supervise import and export operations, ensuring compliance with current customs regulations and the company’s internal procedures.

· Maintain constant coordination with Customs Brokers to ensure timely clearances, addressing inspections, amendments, operational errors, and government requirements.

· Administer and monitor proper inventory control in accordance with Annex 24 requirements.

· Coordinate with internal areas such as logistics, planning, production, procurement, engineering, and Compliance to ensure proper execution and traceability of IMMEX operations.

· Ensure the correct application of customs regimes (temporary imports, virtual operations, returns, and changes of regime), verifying that transactions are executed within authorized terms and conditions.

· Monitor compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions applicable to IMMEX operations (NOMs, prior permits, automatic notices, quotas, certifications, among others).

· Supervise the proper preparation, validation, and transmission of customs declarations, ensuring consistency of tariff, tax, and identifier information.

· Ensure the integration and retention of foreign trade compliance files in accordance with current regulations.
