- Elaborate a list of all applicable industrial safety, health and environmental requirements of Masimo's plants in Mexico, including at least the specific requirement, standard, compliance status, responsible and administrative sanctions.
- Develop in conjunction with the different departments and positions the actions to carry out the compliance with the required validity of the legal requirements and keep updated report.
- Maintain updated evidence of compliance with Legal Requirements.
- Report formally to your supervisor and/or management in a timely manner any obstacle to compliance with legal requirements.
- Produce documentation such as procedures, visual aids, brochures, training material for continuous improvement of systems and compliance with legal requirements.
- Attend inspections from environmental and health and safety authorities.
- Responsible for establishing and ensuring compliance with the activities of the Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Technician (Palaco Waste).
- Be part of the Health and Safety Committee.
- To be a member of the emergency brigades.
- Provide follow-up in a timely manner (prior to expiration) to responses to the corresponding authorities on safety, health and environmental matters.

- Advise anyone who requires it in relation to compliance with legal requirements.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Knowledge of government inspections
- Extensive knowledge of safety and environmental legal requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the industrial sector.
- English 60% conversational and written.
- Handling of reports
- Attention to emergencies.
