Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • ​​Elaborate a​ list of all applicable industrial safety, health and environmental requirements of Masimo's plants in Mexico, including at least the specific requirement, standard, compliance status, responsible and administrative sanctions.
  • Develop in conjunction with the different departments and positions the actions to carry out the compliance with the required validity of the legal requirements and keep updated report.
  • Maintain updated evidence of compliance with Legal Requirements.
  • Report formally to your supervisor and/or management in a timely manner any obstacle to compliance with legal requirements.
  • Produce documentation such as procedures, visual aids, brochures, training material for continuous improvement of systems and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Attend inspections from environmental and health and safety authorities.
  • Responsible for establishing and ensuring compliance with the activities of the Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Technician (Palaco Waste).
  • Be part of the Health and Safety Committee.
  • To be a member of the emergency brigades.
  • Provide follow-up in a timely manner (prior to expiration) to responses to the corresponding authorities on safety, health and environmental matters.
  • Is responsible for keeping updated information on environmental indicators such as electricity, water, gas, waste,
  • Support if required in other activities required by the needs of the department.
  • Perform inspection drills (documental and physical) to evaluate the legal requirements management system.
  • Support activities as required by the department.
  • Communicate in a timely manner to those involved in the changes in legal requirements that require an action plan.
  • Maintain the "Empresa Segura" program of the Mexicali plants.
  • Advise anyone who requires it in relation to compliance with legal requirements.

Experiencia y requisitos

  • ​​Knowledge of government inspections
  • ​Extensive knowledge of safety and environmental legal requirements.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the industrial sector.
  • English 60% conversational and written.
  • ​Handling of reports
  • ​Attention to emergencies.
