What You'll Do

• Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle, including vendor onboarding and supplier relationships.
• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices for Raw Materials, MRO, Freight, Capital Expenditures, and other purchases through our ERP system.
• Partner with Procurement to resolve PO, invoice, and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile AP accounts and ensure timely month-end close activities.
• Maintain vendor accounts and resolve statement discrepancies.
• Lead initiatives to improve AP processes, controls, and workflow efficiency.
• Develop and maintain AP policies and procedures.
• Support ERP implementations and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, external auditors, and government agencies to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
