This site leader play a key role to drive Lean Transformational Objectives and initiatives to support the Aerospace Industry, Team-oriented and results-driven, focused on ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with operational objectives.
The role reports directly to the General Manager.
Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial, electrical, electronics or a similar university degree.
- 7+ years of experience as an engineering manager in manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace or composites industry.
- Lean Expert is a must and Six Sigma certified is desired Black Belt certification preferred, Demonstrated Project Management Success
- Proved demonstration of Leadership Impact, teamwork, change Campion & Effective communicator.
