Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are complying.
  • Recruits hourly indirect labor force using skills testing and interview process.
  • Support Talent Acquisition process for all professional hires
  • Owns the process flow for MTE headcount adds following the requisition process
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Support to administers benefit programs such as health, life and disability insurance, pension plans, personal time accrual, leave of absences, and employee assistance.
  • Maintains records and documentation, in compliance with Federal, State and company retention guidelines, for Employee Personnel Files (including documentation relating to an employee’s hiring, promotion, transfers, performance evaluation and terminations.)
  • Coordinates employee training and maintains employee training records and job descriptions for compliance with ISO procedures in full of Company Wide training matrix
  • Provides the management team with advice on the appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
  • Responds to employee inquiries regarding the company’s policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all company channels.
  • Manage HR-related communications, including policies, announcements, and corporate updates, aligning them with the organization's culture and values
  • Support to administers the performance evaluation program and ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. 

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • 3-5 years previous experience in an in
  • an HR Generalist or Coordinator capacity
  • Second language: Conversational English.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office,
  • Excel, and Word necessary to perform job functions.
  • Intermediate – Advanced TRESS System is a plus.
