What You Will Do:

Applies specialized knowledge and skills in maintenance engineering.
Responsible for implementing inspection and maintenance processes to ensure optimal performance condition of sophisticated machinery and processing equipment.
Involves introduction and application of new developments and repair techniques in maintenance engineering.
Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and complies with process specifications.
Respond to emergencies, break-downs, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.
Implement an established maintenance program and maintain detailed maintenance records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment, or parts can be identified and addressed.
Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions.
Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.

Experiencia y requisitos

Qualifications You Must Have:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
3 years of equipment maintenance experience in the electronics maquiladora industry.
Advanced English proficiency required.
Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of CNC machinery, automated equipment, and/or production systems.
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing equipment (e.g., CNC machines, selective soldering machines, washers, and conformal coating machines).
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.
Knowledge of control systems (PLC, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PM (Preventive Maintenance).
Industrial maintenance or automation certifications preferred.
Experience with maintenance management systems.
