Your Impact
In this role at Equivity, you’ll implement and assist with our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our employees in both Mexico and the United States. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.
What You’ll Do:
• Implement and assist with IT systems and infrastructure for employees in Mexico and the US.
• Assist with security, stability, and efficiency of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware, including laptops and desktops.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
• Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Train and support staff on IT systems, policies, and best practices.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend and implement improvements.
Experiencia y requisitos
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's Information Technology, Computer Science, or beyond.
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing hardware issues across laptops and desktops.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
What We Offer:
- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-5:30 pm
- Salary range: $25,000-$30,000 pesos per month (gross salary)
