Jr Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound shipments while proactively managing exceptions and risks. This role serves as the primary focal point for logistics systems, premium freight control, carrier coordination, and cross-functional alignment across the MX Site. The position drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports strategic projects, and ensures compliance with logistics standards, financial controls, and SOPs. Through strong data analysis, stakeholder communication, and team leadership, the role safeguards service levels, optimizes logistics costs, and enhances operational stability and performance across sites.
