Managing warehouse staff and daily task assignments.
Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensuring compliance with customs, USDA, and import/export regulations.
Monitoring inventory accuracy and product flow.
Coordinating with transportation providers, customs brokers, and customers.
Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in the facility.
Troubleshooting issues related to freight, documentation, or border delays.
Maintain accurate records and documentation through warehouse management systems.
Prepare inventories, labels, reports, and customer documentation.
File and scan documents for electronic and physical records.
Support communication between Mexicali plant and Calexico warehouse floor operations.
Assist internal customers as needed.
Receive and unload multiple small parcels throughout the day.
Sort, organize, and store parcels maintaining proper warehouse organization and layout.
Perform accurate data entry into the warehouse system for each received parcel.
Maintain accurate inventory records by updating system entries in real time.
Assist with general warehouse tasks such as packing, stacking, and preparing pallets when necessary.
