The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for :



1. Ensuring the reliability, availability, and safe operation of critical manufacturing equipment within a metal-mechanical production environment.
2. This role provides advanced technical leadership in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, with a strong focus on high-tonnage presses, curing ovens, paint and powder coating systems, and plant utilities.
3. Provide engineering-level maintenance support for high-tonnage presses, including mechanical structures, hydraulics, lubrication systems, and safety devices.
4. Support industrial ovens and curing systems, ensuring temperature control, uniformity, and operational safety.
5. Maintain and troubleshoot paint and powder coating systems, including booths, conveyors, application equipment, and curing processes.
6. Support plant utilities, including compressed air systems, electrical distribution, ventilation, and basic facilities equipment.
7. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
8. Analyze downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and failure trends to drive reliability improvements.
