Manufacturing Engineer (ABSI)

Amphenol Mexicali is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in evaluating our manufacturing processes and workflows to implement improvements that will enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and change.
• Apply practical knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process.
• Create processes and procedures that help the company meet budgetary goals and performance quotas.
• Design and develop new products and product prototypes in collaboration with the creative team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion.
• Establish effective and efficient work sequences.
• Develop innovative solutions to existing manufacturing problems.
• Create standardized design criteria across all product lines.
