Manufacturing Engineer Welding

We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Welding  to join our operations team in Mexicali.

innovation within the metal manufacturing industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing,improving, and supporting manufacturing processes focused on welding operations while ensuring the highest standards in safety, quality, productivity, and

operational efficiency.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve, and support welding manufacturing processes

• Create and update SOPs, Engineering Guidance, Work Instructions, and technical documentation

• Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives, Mini Kaizens, and Kaizen Events

• Perform RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action) activities to resolve production and quality issues

• Support pilot builds, first production runs, and new manufacturing engineering projects

• Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to improve operational performance

• Support capacity analysis, cycle time studies, and manufacturing flow optimization

• Provide technical support to production operations and process development activities
