Oversee the material flow process.

Establish and maintain supplier release procedure and supplier banking requirements to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials to meet production requirements. Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory. Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling targeting 2 ~ 4

week inventory levels, at a minimum. Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control). Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution.

• Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control).
• Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory.
• Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution
• Closing REPORT, Sub KPI, Daily inventory monitoring(OS&D Amount, Inventory Amount, LTI, etc), C-OSP Transaction.
•  Material cart, Depot layout, Maran-LG inventory control (call list), support the shop floor.
• Local inventory PSI, Local item delivery, Local OS&D, etc.
