Descripción y detalle de las actividades

Responsabilities

Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information/trends and recommending action plans.


 Supervise and guide NPI engineers in product implementation.

 Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain).

 Lead documentation of process approvals, risk assessments, and control plans.

 Drive continuous improvement on new product performance.

 Support execution of Technology Roadmap initiatives

 Collaborate with suppliers and customers in early phases of projects (pilots, demos, new equipment).

 Provide visibility to management with structured reporting and KPIs.

 Train and mentor Product/NPI Engineers

 Customer visits

Experiencia y requisitos

The candidate should have higher level education in Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of industry experience.


 Customer relationship management.

 US Visa is a must.

 English written and spoken.


Experience across the following is desirable:

  Preferable Knowledge of high-speed connectors.

  Preferable Knowledge of assembly process and controls for pressfit and SMT.

  Preferable Knowledge of assembly and test equipment used in an electronics assembly environment such as SMT line equipment, AOI, 3D Xray, Flying probe testers, Electrical and functional testing.

 Electronics component knowledge for Bill of material’s selection and verification.

 Strong organization, time keeping and presentation skills.

 High level customer service and ability to build relationships with customers.

 Excellent project management skills desired.

 Decision-making ability, proactive and analytical skills

 Reverse engineering

 Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, 8D, statistical tools and six sigma.

  100 % Bilingual

 Microsoft Office Products intermediate to advanced level
