NPI Engineer

Reporting to the Technology Manager, the NPI Engineer manages the process of bringing new products from design to manufacturing into Spectra-strip business unit. This involves close collaboration with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth product launches, optimized processes, and cost-effective production. They validate designs, coordinate prototyping, and resolve production issues, ensuring products meet quality standards

⸎ Coordinate with R&D New Products Developments groups to develop strategies for new products.

⸎ Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.

⸎ Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirements and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.

⸎ Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.

⸎ Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure good quality products.

⸎ Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.

⸎ Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.

⸎ Monitor operations of product and evaluate designs and ensure adherence to all design and manufacture principles.

⸎ Develop and implement efficient material handling, flow strategies and always maintain safe and manufacturing processes.

⸎ Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.

⸎ Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.

⸎ Manage and coordinate technical projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
