Order Entry Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Customer Focused team in the aerospace manufacturing industry. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer data, order information, and service records, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review documentation identifying customer requirements.
• Accurately input customer orders, service requests, and product data into ERP and CRM systems.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.
• Generate reports and summaries for internal use and customer follow-ups.
• Support the CFT Team with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all processes.
