Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a rolling 3-week production plan aligned with the MPS.
- Release work orders ensuring material coverage and operational readiness.
- Monitor and control work order aging to prevent overdue backlog.
- Measure and track Schedule Attainment, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify material shortages that impact production and coordinate with Purchasing to resolve constraints.
- Adjust production plans based on capacity utilization, material availability, and priorities.
- Ensure shipment compliance by aligning production with committed dates.
- Manage backlog within defined planning windows and escalate risks to management.
- Participate in NPI planning and integrate new products into the production plan.
- Support overtime planning and capacity balancing when required.
- Maintain planning data accuracy in the ERP (work orders, dates, parameters).
- Generate and maintain operational reports.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings.
- Support resolution of WIP transactional discrepancies that affect plan accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce reactive rescheduling and improve plan stability.
- Perform additional functions and projects assigned by the Materials Manager within the scope of the role.
