Practicante / Human Resources

• Provide support in HR case handling and service delivery.
• Assist in routing employee requests to the appropriate HRSSC teams.
• Learn and use HR systems such as Sonnet and ServiceNow.
• Support during peak workload periods and during the stabilization phase of the HR Shared Services Center.
• Improve and update work instructions.
• Follow up on document improvements and format standardization.
• Support employees with HR inquiries.
