The Help Desk Intern role is responsible for assisting local users with technical issues and support for desktop configurations, user administration, PC troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure that all technical aspects are functioning optimally. Essential Functions / Responsibilities: Business Partnering


➢ Assist users with hardware and operating system issues.

➢ Provide first level/contact support for software products and services.

➢ Provide communication in a clear and detailed manner within the ticketing system and in the development of emails.

➢ Provide status updates Helpdesk Supervisor

➢ Provide user administration solutions by assisting with password resets, locked accounts, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Performance, Metrics & Reporting

➢ Provides technical support via phone or email to corporate and remote users of computer applications and hardware.

➢ Manage technical help desk tickets received via phone, email, and walk-ups.

➢ Investigates and resolves user issues.

➢ Provide hardware troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and docking stations.

➢ Assist with mobile device assistance for corporate applications or Office 365.

➢ Basic experience installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications.

➢ Assist with other IT related projects as needed.

Experiencia y requisitos

➢ Preferred experience with some of the following technology: Docusign Envelope ID: B45E6E28-A10A-8481-806C-D0755A1B6104 o Office 365 ▪ Word, Excel Outlook o Windows 10 and 11 ▪ Upgrades, security patching, Operation

➢ Demonstrated experience with researching and investigating solutions.

➢ Ability to identify and resolve problems and implement solutions.

➢ Strong working knowledge of Windows and familiarity with Active Directory.

➢ Ability to document work in progress.

➢ Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

➢ Ability to learn new software products quickly and be able to support a wide range of proprietary applications.
