Ensure that products and materials comply with applicable environmental regulations and restricted substance requirements.
Identify risks related to restricted substances and promptly escalate potential compliance issues.
Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to identify risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review BOMs, engineering drawings, and material specifications.
Analyze the composition of materials and components used in products.
Respond to and follow up on product compliance requests from domestic and international customers.
Prepare and provide compliance documentation in accordance with each customer’s specific formats and requirements.
Provide support during internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits.
Maintain records and documented evidence demonstrating product regulatory compliance.
Provide support to the Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) team.

Experiencia y requisitos

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety or a similar position.
Ability to interpret BOMs, engineering drawings, and material specifications.
Experience in analyzing materials, components, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
Ability to perform data analysis and risk assessments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
