Production Supervisor

Oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost control requirements. This role involves hiring, onboarding, and evaluating production employees, fostering a safe and positive work environment, and managing daily attendance and payroll issues. The supervisor coordinates production plans, checks equipment readiness, and ensures efficient utilization of resources to meet customer demands while maintaining safety standards. Additionally, the role includes managing operational expenses, leading continuous improvement activities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure that all requirements for safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost controls are met.

• Assists in hiring of production employees, on board new hires, plans employee rotation and transition (if applicable); evaluates performance and ensures compliance with plant policies and code of business conduct. • Establish a safe and healthy work environment, where open communications, positive employee relations, creativity, productivity and participation are encouraged and employees are respected, recognized and rewarded.

• Verify employee daily attendance records; report and follow up on payroll related issues.

• Assess and develops employee using skill matrix tool. Responsible for conducting HS&E, Quality and/or GEM monthly trainings.

• Coordinates production plans and implement production schedules, ensure the efficient utilization of plant facilities and manpower, and to meet immediate and future customer requirements.

• Writes, reviews, and/or approves documents relevant to process or plant MOS (e.g., ASHT, Standard Operation Sheet (SOS), Standard Combination Sheet (SCS), deviations, etc.)
