Program manager

1. General Overview: Program management with effective solutions, proven ability to strategize and implement high level program initiatives. Leadership skills with a strong talent in coordination and able to motivate teams to optimize productivity and ensure program success from start to finish. 2. Responsibilities  Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives  Creates gantt charts and time schedules for projects  Maintains records for cost changes which impact quotes and program margins  Identifies possible delays and schedules meetings to discuss containment  Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors  Supports team and departments by providing schedule information  Understanding of lead times and backwards planning  Conduct meetings with customers to ensure that Judco is aligned with customer timing  Raises potential problems that impact timing or costs to management  Reports status changes in program or project scope to management  Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives  Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
