Project Engineer (Power)

The Project Engineer plays a vital role in optimizing production processes within our organization. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this professional addresses specific production program needs by implementing efficient methods and defining quality standards. Focused on continuous improvement, the Project Engineer designs production flows, manages resources, and adopts new technologies to ensure effective plant operations and meet customer expectations.

Responsible for addressing production program needs, implementing manufacturing methods and processes, defining production standards, labor requirements, designing production flows, plant layout, equipment utilization, tools, and materials, while optimizing available resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage general projects related to machinery, line improvements, or new product introductions.
• Review line capacity against customer demand requirements.
• Evaluate equipment for new production lines.
• Review process documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Initiate innovation projects and adopt new technologies.
• Create efficient layouts for production flow.
• Review part numbers for system entry.
• Analyze and track objectives related to machinery improvements.
• Analyze, evaluate, and design machinery to optimize production.
