What You’ll Do  

As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you will:

• Support new product launches by coordinating supply chain activities and ensuring material readiness.
• Identify, source, and onboard suppliers; manage relationships including performance, pricing, and contract terms.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and implement supply strategies such as Kanban, JIT, and VMI.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead resolution of quality or delivery issues, including corrective actions.
• Manage both domestic and international suppliers and commodities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• +5 years of experience in supply chain preferable within medical environment.
• Fluent in English

  Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and business-integrated tools.

Work Schedules include….  

• May include variable start/end times outside of the company’s standard business hours of 7:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.

Compensation  

Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
