What You Will Do:
- Lead troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for automated test solutions deployed in Collins production facilities.
- Develop, update, and maintain software using programming languages such as C#/.NET, NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, as well as legacy tools like TurboAtlas and Visual Basic 6.
- Design and update electrical hardware drawings for circuit card assemblies, cables, test adapters, and test stations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for proprietary hardware and software, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Apply engineering troubleshooting techniques and tools to diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor emerging engineers by providing technical guidance and fostering skill development.
Experiencia y requisitos
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience designing and supporting design of electrical assemblies or troubleshooting electrical assemblies based on the design.
- Experience writing or modifying software source code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Spanish
