QUALIFICATIONS: · Proficient knowledge and troubleshooting skills in electronic circuits, components, PCBs, and manufacturing processes · Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills · Familiar with diagnostic equipment (SEM, EDX, X-ray analysis, scopes), statistical yield analysis, physical failure, and root-cause analysis · Measurable and extensive experience with influencing and negotiating in complex situations. · Able to define process criteria to meet product and process requirements. · Fluent English · LEAN Manufacturing tools · Excellent computer skills (Statistical Software, Office –Excel) · Strong Negotiation and Communication skills · Strong Leader and fearless change agent · Strong Team work skills · Data driven · Work proactively · Requires minimum 3–4-year degree in a relevant Engineering discipline ·Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals · Expert in determining root cause of failures, correlating to historical data, and driving corrective action Essential · Experience in Electronics Industry Preferable · Experience in Automotive Industry and/or Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Preferable EDUCATION: · Bachelor's degree (Manufacturing, Electronic Engineering) · Six Sigma Certification preferable · Possesses a thorough knowledge of products and applications · Drives improvements in corporate functional capabilities · Typically requires a minimum of 3 years engineering experience
