- Lead or support varios Lean Manufacturing Initiatives A3/Kaizen/GB/PM
- Work closely with all support departments to resolve production issues
- Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOP and SOP of Quality System & Manufacturing to Supervisors
- Perform Interviews, hire, Onboarding and train, reward and discipline, manage conflicts of direct reports
- Plan, supervise, drive improvement and report production performance (Output/Yield/RCA/Efficiency) Tier 2 Ensure adherence of IPS (Std work/Tiers/VSM/6S/CI Program/RCA) Coach and provide expectations (Goals and Objectives) and feedback when required
- Participate in Area Goal deployment process Own production metrics and coordinate actions to ensure KPI Goals (Incidentes/NCR/PL/LFPY/Scrap/Plan vs Act/etc)
- Attend line support issues/ Document, Report, and escalate any problems or concerns Tier 2
- Understand and enforce company safety policies and practices, QA Audits, Safety Projets, 8D Revise Manufacturing Process Instructions to ensure that MPI are accurate, or propose improvements Annual Performance Reviews / One on One
- Review and disposition descrepant material, improve material usage and implement corrective actions
- Drive our culture strategy by fostering our mision, principles, leadership expectations, consolidate Xsurvey action plan.
- Work closely with corporate engineering on production line transfers or improvements Support corporate Quality improvement CAPA implementations and lead QA improvements Assist engineering FMR
- Ensure completion of ISU Training Support process validation
Experiencia y requisitos
- 5 years of Production Management and VSM engineering experience (Mandatory both)
- Bachelors degree on related fields
- SIOP process
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, (Green belt is a Plus)
- English Advanced level (Mandatory)
- Superb communication skills, including written and verbal instruction,
- Experience in Manufacturing Process
- Proficient in the use of personal computers, familiar with Microsoft Office, MRP, SAP and Agile
- Span of control 3-5
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos nocturnos,3x4 etc cuando se requiera
