Sr. Reliability/FA Engineer(77119)

1. Evaluates from Reliability Perspective all materials, their properties and used techniques on Filters Manufacturing.

2. Advises Design Engineering on Selection, Application and Test of Components and Electronics Systems for Filter Level.

3. Recommends design or testing methods and statistical process control procedures to achieve the required levels of product reliability. 

4. Determines the reliability requirements of components and systems to achieve the reliability objectives of the company, the customer, and any government agency.

5. Develops new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to ensure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging, processes, and product reliability related to Filter Manufacturing.

6. Makes recommendations for changes in the selection and application of components and systems.

7. Proposes changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability.

8. Improves processes and procedures and maintains the Quality system and the function.

9. Works directly with Failure Analysis Department and Communicates Results to Design or Requester of Interest

10. Works on Planning, Maintenance, Electrical Test Setup Selection (ATE) and Reconstruction

11. Communicates Results effectively with Corporative design, manufacturing, suppliers, and leadership.

12. Controls Employees Payroll Process

13. Implements Database Systems Management technics with Corporative Reliability team prior Production Release 

14. Ensures Reliability Results OTDs performance for External and Internal Requesters

15. Performs Engineering Improvement Projects

16. Leads reliability reviews, risk assessments, and customer discussions

17. Drives continuous improvement programs with measurable results.

18. Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

19. Performs Delta Analysis at Filter Level focusing on different RF behaviours.
