Who You Are 

You are a detail-oriented and motivated early-career as a Supply Chain professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and are passionate about using  data to support better business decisions. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders, and thrive in a structured, process-driven setting. You demonstrate professionalism in everything you do and value building strong relationships within and outside your team. You are bilingual (English/Spanish) as part of your role.

What You’ll Do  

As a Supply Chain Student, you will:

• Assist with material quotations and supplier sourcing
• Support price negotiations and purchasing terms
• Help evaluate supplier performance
• Manage and organize procurement documentation
• Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors
• Maintain and update internal databases with supplier, product, and order information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies

What You Bring 

• Currently enrolled in 6th to 8th semester of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
