Supervisor de Almacén

I.          GENERIC DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing, in accordance with company policies and procedures, the warehouse of raw materials, finished product, materials or spare parts; for the reception, remission, identification, arrangement and dispatch of these; for designing inventory systems, housing and classification of items that are handled. Requires technical studies or unfinished professional career, intermediate level of English, and experience of at least two years. Supervises the work of the warehouseman and the materialist.

II.            POSITION RESPONSABILITIES          

1.     Supervising whole process at stockroom (In’s, out’s, allocation, safety, security cc, chemical handling, etc.)

2.     Assigning, controlling and supervising whole stockroom tasks

3.     Keeping accurate records about in’s outs and balance in stockroom

4.     Approving ins and outs checking requisitions as needed

5.     In charge of general stockroom physical inventory

6.     Training whole stockroom personnel

7.     Daily control cycle count process (executions)

8.     Daily control of requisition and kits process to maintain production running

9.     Daily control of product requisition in external warehouse.

10.  Assure the correct manage of FIFO

11.  Complete and provide daily reports as needed

12.  Keep stockroom in good conditions (Housekeeping, safety, security 5’s execution and control)

13.  Complete additional tasks as needed

14.  Promote and follow safety process and procedures
