Supervisor de Calidad

• Coordinate and support regular activities of inspection based on priorities of production and availability/training of quality inspectors and leads.

• Coordinate special inspection and test to release products during validation process or no conformances.

• Give support on translation and interpretation activities of product manufacturing documents and procedures.

• Notify and coordinate stock checks of non conformance components.

• Support on solving problems and doubts from production personnel, focus on manufacturing process and quality control specifications.

• Responsible of quality audits in a daily basis.

• Responsible of compliance of GDPs in quality records during process and product inspections.

• Follow up performance of Quality leads and inspectors according to department objectives and company policies.

• Verify and Coordinate finished goods release according to product specifications and manufacturing process.

• Participate in non conformance product traceability (before and after sterile process).

• Coordinate and promote training process of quality leads and inspectors following up applicable procedures.

• Evaluate and record performance of new and experienced quality inspectors.

• Coordinate vacations and absence permits of personnel in charge.

• Record daily assistance and participation on quality meetings of personnel in charge.
