Descripción y detalle de las actividades

  • The Production Control Supervisor is responsible for creating a master production schedule (MPS) which sets the business up to successfully start on time, in order to deliver to the customer on time, and meet the budgeted sales.
  • Works closely with the planning manager to take SIOP and create the MPS.
  • Responsible for inventory planning, achieving the budgeted numbers, and works with all functions for success.   
  • Leads capacity planning, and coordinates cross functional action plan to mitigate future load risks.  
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills will allow the creation of a detailed production schedule that establishes which products must be produced, in what quantity, and at what time. 

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Ability to read and write in English and 85% conversational English.
  • Experience with running site SIOP and MPS processes
  • 10 years of working with MRP systems
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excels at working in a team environment.
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • APICS certified
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (charts, formulas, and pivot tables).
