Warehouse Sr. Manager

At Jonathan Manufacturing de Mexico, we are looking for a results-driven and strategic Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

Transactional Warehousing   

• Ensure raw materials and components are received accurately and on time.
• Strategically manage warehouse operations in alignment with company policies and operational goals.
• Plan workloads, assign responsibilities, and evaluate team performance effectively.

 Inventory Control

• Protect and maintain company assets, including inventory, equipment, and facilities.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.         
• Manage stock control processes and reconcile inventory through warehouse management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, and quality.     
• Generate operational reports and warehouse performance metrics.

 Logistics & Compliance

• Monitor import/export shipments and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.     
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, transportation providers, and government agencies in both the U.S. and Mexico.
• ·Ensure warehousing, handling, and shipping processes comply with legal and operational requirements.
• Monitor service quality and maintain strong operational partnerships.

 Leadership & Continuous Improvement  

• Participate in recruitment and talent development initiatives.
• Establish and monitor performance goals for warehouse personnel.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through industry-leading initiatives.     
• Measure and publish warehouse KPIs to support operational excellence.
