Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials from receiving through production and shipping. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising warehouse personnel, supporting production through timely material delivery, and ensuring inventory accuracy within the ERP system.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse operations, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions and material traceability within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate material availability to support production schedules.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Supervise and develop warehouse personnel.
  • Coordinate material movements between Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO, safety regulations, and 5S standards.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Experiencia y requisitos

Key Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Experience supervising personnel.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems (Visual Manufacturing or similar).
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and material traceability.
