Cevians, inventors of the night goggles, manufacture night vision optics and displays in Rosarito, seeking a Bright, experienced Manufacturing Manager who will develop into a PLANT MANAGER.

Summary:

1. The Manufacturing Manager will be supporting our Displays Business Unit, establishing and directing manufacturing labor, material resources, practices, processes, procedures, facilities, tools, and production equipment.
2. This position utilizes “lean manufacturing” principles to minimize inventory, maximize throughput, and optimize facility utilization.
3. The position requires broad technical experience in a high-mix, low-volume, fast-growing manufacturing environment.
4. The team includes an electro-mechanical assembler, optical bonder, inspector, test technicians, and manufacturing engineers.
5. The manufacturing manager will also be supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) of multiple products in a short time in the market environment.
