Enterprise Excellence Sr. Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or operational excellence, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading Lean transformations, cost reduction initiatives, and large-scale change programs in a multi-site or global setting.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated industry is highly desirable.
• Master Black Belt or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• The workplace is located in Tecate, Baja California.

Specialized Skills & Other Requirements:

• Expertise in Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping,
• Daily Management). Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international as required).
